Ingredients:
  • 500 ml of slightly sparkling water;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 350-400 g of flour;
  • 75-100 g of sugar;
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • a pinch of soda;
  • a pinch of citric acid;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, pre-quenched citric acid soda and salt.
  2. Beat eggs with mineral water and vegetable oil in a separate container.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the flour with a thin stream, not ceasing to stir until the lumps dissolve.
  4. Leave on for 25 minutes in a warm place.
  5. After the time has passed, pour the dough into a hot frying pan with high sides and spread over the entire bottom. The pancake height must be at least 5 mm.
  6. Fry on low heat until golden brown on one side, covered with a lid. Turning to the other side, fry for 2-3 minutes without a lid.

Thin pancakes on mineral water with holes

Ingredients:
  • highly carbonated mineral water - 0.5 l;
  • flour - 0.25 kg;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • butter (75%) - 75 g;
  • sugar - 10 g;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt, sugar and beat in a homogeneous mass.
  2. Add 100 ml of mineral water and continue stirring.
  3. Pour in wheat flour and beat until lumps disappear.
  4. Insert melted butter into the dough and continue to mix the ingredients.
  5. Pour in the remaining mineral water with a thin stream and slowly beat for several minutes.
  6. Add sunflower oil and mix.
  7. Fry until bubbles and golden crust form on the surface.

Delicious thick pancakes with mineral water

It is not necessary to use highly carbonated mineral water. It is quite realistic to cook lush and thick pancakes on still water!

Ingredients:
  • flour - 250 g;
  • mineral still water - 2 tbsp .;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • baking soda - ½ tsp;
  • fresh lemon;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Pour wheat flour into the container and pour mineral water, with salt and sugar dissolved in it. Stir well.
  2. Add soda topped with lemon juice. Stir until bubbles appear.
  3. Pour in a little vegetable oil and mix.
